1、参与点播转码处理架构开发，支撑公司海量视频的高效处理和复杂的业务需求； 2、支持公司各产品线的多媒体处理相关业务需求，包括不限于视频转码、视频抽帧、视频分析、视频增强等； 3、负责视频处理解决方案相关的性能分析及优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、精通至少一门主流语言，如C/C++/Python/Go，具有优秀的编码能力； 3、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力； 4、有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术； 5、熟悉FFmpeg等多媒体处理框架，具备音视频编解码算法、视频分析、画质增强等算法理论基础者优先，有视频处理框架开发、视频处理相关性能优化经验者优先，有视频云服务或转码平台开发经验者优先。
