日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与抖音电商商机中心相关To B产品建设，围绕商品供给增长、商家经营效率提升等方向，支持产品需求分析、方案设计与功能落地； 2、协助业务和运营团队梳理商品供给增长链路，参与商家端产品能力、策略机制、运营工具的设计与优化； 3、参与商机识别、策略调度、数据追踪、效果归因等工作，支持业务团队提升招品策略的有效性和执行效率； 4、基于数据分析发现业务问题，协助完成数据看板、分析报告、案例复盘等工作，为产品迭代和策略优化提供依据； 5、参与供给提升AI链路建设，协助梳理业务场景、沉淀产品需求，支持Skill平台相关能力的搭建与优化，提升电商供给丰富度和竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，数据分析、统计学、计算机、信息管理、经济学、电子商务、市场营销等相关背景优先； 2、对电商业务、商家经营、商品供给、增长策略或AI产品方向感兴趣，有相关实习、项目或课程经历者优先； 3、具备较好的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，能够快速理解业务问题，并将问题拆解为可执行的分析或产品需求； 4、具备基础数据分析能力，熟悉Excel/SQL/Python等工具之一优先，能够通过数据发现问题并形成初步判断； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，执行力强，能够在多方协作中推进事项落地； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月及以上优先。
