1、负责抖音电商食品生鲜商家（国际品牌、国货品牌、新锐品牌）的效果广告业务拓展，以巨量千川为核心阵地，对投放营收目标负责； 2、负责达人直播效果广告的深度服务，有过达人直播大场的服务经验，对投放营销目标负责； 3、联动公司内关联团队，保障广告投放的及时性与问题闭环反馈，推动广告资源的合理规划、高效利用与持续开发； 4、建立并维护良好的客户合作关系，结合客户经营诉求制定广告营销方案，主动跟进并协助解决客户问题，提升客户投放体验与满意度； 5、承接并完成公司下达的广告销售计划与业绩目标，持续驱动业务增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、数据敏感度好，有广告销售、市场公关等实习经验优先，对平台侧商业化运营有好奇心，有过复杂项目的支持经验； 3、自我驱动力强，主动学习，有团队合作精神，较好的协同能力。
