1、商家管理运营，负责绿松南红玛瑙类目的品类规划和商家运营，包括但不限于制定商家发展规划、用户提升、营销策略、方法论，分产业带运营管理，推动行业可持续健康发展； 2、非标货品运营，制定活动策略和落地计划，对非标品商品进行分层管理，协助和培育商家爆款能力成长，推动商家和平台的合作深度，树立行业成功标杆； 3、整合营销创新，寻找内外部资源，包括但不限于营销、机构、达人、货架场等，确保业务结果达成，研究行业发展趋势，制定业务发展规划，多项目并行建设，推动模式创新； 4、数据洞察，根据消费者的需求变化，从数据和用户需求的角度和商家一起合作开发适合消费者需求趋势商品，推动供给结构的优化。

1、本科及以上学历，拥有电商平台行业运营经验，包括但不限于陶瓷/餐具/珠宝/文玩等业务线运营经验优先考虑，了解经营模式、货品策略及活动营销形式的人优先考虑； 2、对类目趋势，客户管理，产品开发有自己的理解和洞察力，能够根据行业趋势变化，制定完善的类目规划，有商家分层管理运营能力，爆款开发能力等； 3、有优秀的沟通协调能力，资源整合能力，熟悉营销活动的运作体系并有策划及落地的实操经验； 4、优秀的数据分析和解读能力，善于从数据中发现问题和机会； 5、有较强的学习力、自驱力、独立思考，善于总结，擅长多线任务并行管理，具有良好主人翁意识及团队精神。
