1、负责字节跳动短漫剧的广告投放+推荐模型迭代优化，每次迭代影响亿级用户及营收； 2、End-to-End的负责广告系统和推荐系统全链路各个模块的优化，包括创编、召回、粗排、精排、出价等，从模型、策略和机制等角度全面提升系统变现效率； 3、探索Scaling Law、生成式推荐、LLMForRec、强化学习等多种业界前沿技术； 4、使用大模型做短漫剧深度内容理解、从剧本结构、人物关系、情绪曲线到剧情转折点，让推荐系统真正“看懂”内容，而不仅仅是统计点击率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构、算法功底与编程能力，熟练使用C/C++/Python/Java/Golang等编程语言，有广告/推荐/搜索召回排序等相关实习经验，优先：有数据处理和分布式计算开发经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark框架； 3、有传统机器学习、深度学习相关知识背景，优先：发表过KDD、AAAI、CIKM、WWW、RecSys、NeurIPS、ACL、EMNLP等顶会论文，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet框架和原理； 4、工作态度积极主动，有较强的主人翁意识和良好的团队协作精神，愿意接受有挑战性的工作； 5、有良好的逻辑思维能力，注重数据分析，能够从数据中发现有价值的规律； 6、有较强的业务导向意识，技术优化服务于业务目标达成。
