日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责公司多个跨产品业务方向，提供可复用的平台能力及技术解决方案。我们为公司多业务提供如地理位置、行业数据等多类型的中台能力与技术解决方案，积极利用AI等技术做中台能力提效与升级。 加入我们，你将有机会从中台的多视角参与业务建设，感受不同类型/阶段的业务特点；通过用户场景的开发&架构工作，学习和解决极富挑战的技术问题；你也可以从数据出发，积极利用策略和模型，为业务提供有价值的助力。

1、参与支持指标体系建设，在指导下对指标进行异常监控和分析； 2、支持诊断性和探索性专项分析，承担部分结果输出职责； 3、了解A/B实验原理，能够在指导下进行实验设计与效果分析； 4、能够利用聚类等机器学习算法，利用基础用户画像特征数据，支持人群洞察分析。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用SQL/Hive/Python/Spark等语言工具；熟悉聚类分析、关联分析、逻辑回归、决策树等数据挖掘/机器学习模型算法； 3、对数据敏感，具备数据分析和解决问题的基础能力； 4、具备较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲和进取心，主动及时关注学习业界最新技术； 5、有较强的责任心和主人翁意识，积极乐观并有良好的团队协作能力；具备良好的沟通表达能力，严谨细致的逻辑思维能力。
