团队介绍：火山方舟是火山引擎推出的一站式大模型服务平台，是中国大模型市场产品和份额领跑者。平台提供模型推理、评测、精调等全流程服务。方舟搭载了豆包及业界主流大模型，提供丰富的插件生态和AI应用开发服务，并通过稳定可靠的安全互信方案、专业的算法技术服务，全方位保障企业级AI应用落地。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、聚焦大模型安全防护技术的研发与工程化落地，负责安全防护工具、防护组件的开发与迭代，搭建自动化安全工程流水线，支撑云端私有化、车端、移动端等多场景下的模型安全部署与防护能力落地； 2、自动化工程流水线建设：搭建并优化大模型安全防护的自动化构建、测试、发布流水线，基于CI/CD、容器化技术实现安全能力的快速迭代与标准化交付； 3、业务场景落地支撑：协助业务方完成模型保护方案的部署落地，适配云端私有化、车端、移动端等不同部署场景，持续优化防护工具的兼容性、稳定性与防护效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（C++/Go/Python），具备独立完成功能开发与代码交付的能力，C++优先； 3、具备系统安全或网络安全相关背景，拥有清晰的安全攻防思维与风险意识；有二进制逆向、漏洞分析相关经验者优先； 4、熟悉软件自动化开发、测试与部署流程，具备CI/CD、DevOps实践经验，熟练使用Docker、K8s等容器化技术。

【加分项】 1、了解LLM/vLLM大模型基础原理与主流推理框架； 2、有模型保护、可信计算、机密计算相关研究或项目经验； 3、有安全工具开发、安全平台建设相关实践经历。
