1、负责构建AI-Native安全平台能力，包括但不限于RedTeaming，智能分析研判、溯源和运营； 2、负责智能体的先进性预研、开发和安全效果保障； 3、负责跟踪业界安全动向，特别是安全方向智能体AI for Security相关最新技术； 4、负责协同研发团队，形成安全引擎的技术需求； 5、负责团队的安全能力输出； 6、协助部门负责人培养安全攻防和运营相关人员。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉网络和主机安全原理和攻防； 3、熟悉智能体架构、开发相关； 4、熟练掌握Python、Shell、Yara、Lua或Golang语言； 5、快速掌握AI Coding最佳实践。

加分项： 1、参加过CTF类竞赛并拿过名次优先； 2、参加过HW攻防、值守等优先； 3、熟悉大模型/智能体Harness Engineering,SFT等实践优先； 4、To B安全厂商核心攻防能力开发者、研究者优先。
