日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音集团商业变现部门成立于2014年，不仅承担了抖音、头条、西瓜等字节全产品矩阵的收入变现职责，也拥有为开发者赋能增长的穿山甲平台，持续数年为公司提供了收入贡献和生态建设价值。商业产品也大胆在更多垂直领域投入，致力于提供商业变现的最佳解决方案，践行“信息创造价值”理念。

1、需要对于广告业务有了解，分析业务驱动因素，发现业务问题，寻找挖掘业务机会点，搭建完善业务分析体系； 2、围绕特定外部行业研究和内部业务分析课题，完成信息搜集整理与数据分析，协助完成洞察提炼和材料制作等工作； 3、基于实际体验/数据分析/桌面调研，撰写行业/调研报告，形成关键商业模式的洞察； 4、协同团队做重点专项的跟进，与产品、技术、运营、数据科学等团队紧密合作，推动项目正常开展。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有战略分析相关实习经验优先； 3、英语可以达到商务交流水平，可以独立承担英文桌面研究以及外部访谈； 4、对AI有热情，能熟练使用主流AI工具完成高质量分析与内容产出； 5、具有较强的商业敏感性、钻研精神、以及快速学习能力； 6、跨团队合作能力和较强的沟通协调能力。
