1、参与国际支付项下B端商户账号产品的设计，结合大语言模型（LLM）与智能识别（如OCR+NLP）等AI技术，重构账号注册、登录鉴权、资质自动解析填表、资产绑定等全生命周期服务，在保障安全合规的前提下打造极致的智能化体验； 2、负责字节跳动国际电商、直播、广告等不同国家市场商户入驻流程的体验分析，对海量商户反馈、客服工单进行智能聚类与痛点识别，精准定位全链路流程卡点并提出优化迭代方案； 3、参与B端商户信息的综合管理与资产化项目，探索并落地机器学习、知识图谱（KG）在实名信息验真、同人网络识别、黑产拦截及批量复用中的应用，支撑消费金融、信贷、保险等复杂场景的跨业务调用； 4、探索GenAI在B端商户服务中的创新落地场景（如Merchant Copilot商户智能助手、合规政策智能问答等），与产品、算法、合规及开发团队紧密协作，推动AI原生功能的MVP（最小可行性产品）设计与敏捷迭代； 5、跟踪和分析产品大盘数据，借助智能数据分析工具完成归因分析与预测，为产品决策、模型调优提供科学的数据支持。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、对AI领域有强烈兴趣和敏锐度，熟悉主流AI产品，具备AI工具提效或相关项目实践经验者优先； 3、逻辑清晰、数据分析能力强，能够快速理解复杂的全球化支付业务与合规挑战，并具备将其转化为“AI可赋能”技术需求的能力； 4、能够独立思考并解决问题，具备较强的执行力、目标感与创新欲，拥有良好的跨团队沟通协作能力； 5、每周至少实习3天，持续3个月或以上。
