1、协助搭建服务产品运营管理体系，协助梳理业务流程、进行数据分析，并提供经营策略建议； 2、协助跟进重要服务产品专项并支持相关项目管理工作，维护项目相关的各类数据指标； 3、支持服务产品内外部运营相关事项，包括运营方案策划、运营物料制作、运营活动落地等； 4、跟进重点项目进度，确保项目顺利进行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、擅长文档撰写、PPT制作，做事认真细心；有一定的数据敏感度，具备一定的数据分析能力者优先考虑； 3、有较强的学习能力，自驱力强，有较好的执行力和独立思考能力； 4、乐于且善于与人沟通交流，拥有良好的表达能力，能够清晰、准确地传达信息； 5、擅长团队协作，具备强烈的责任感，对工作认真负责； 6、可实习至少4个月时间。
