1、负责抖音创意特效工具核心能力建设及业务线功能研发，覆盖AIGC、AR特效、互动贴纸、滤镜、道具、模板玩法等产品形态的开发、优化和迭代，支持音视频、图形、图像相关能力在移动端和跨端场景中的落地； 2、参与多媒体新一代编解码和渲染引擎研发，建设实时渲染、材质渲染、粒子特效、光影后处理、动画联动等底层能力； 3、面向抖音亿级用户场景开展性能优化和多机型适配，解决各类机型卡顿、发热、渲染异常、内存占用、包体体积等问题； 4、与产品、设计、运营、算法等团队协作，参与需求评审、技术方案设计、上线问题定位和体验优化，快速响应业务需求； 5、跟踪图形学、音视频、跨端开发、AIGC和AI Agent等前沿技术，探索智能特效生成、AI辅助创作、自动化适配等业务落地方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数字媒体、通信和电子信息科学、数学、图形学等相关专业； 2、具备图像处理、图形学或多媒体开发基础，理解渲染管线、纹理采样、光照模型、着色器开发、音视频编解码等相关知识； 3、熟悉C++或TypeScript/JavaScript至少一种编程语言，理解多线程、数据结构、设计模式和常见工程实践； 4、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的服务意识、团队沟通能力和跨团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、掌握FFmpeg、OpenGL、OpenCL、Metal、Vulkan、WebGL、WebGPU、Three.js等多媒体或图形技术者优先； 2、熟悉Unity、UE等渲染引擎，有AR特效、互动贴纸、滤镜、模板、图形渲染项目经验者优先； 3、熟悉AI Agent技术体系，有AIGC或Agent应用经验者优先。
