1、全程参与企业税务风险管理体系建设，优化税务风险管理制度并落地实施； 2、对并表范围内子公司提供税务咨询及税务增值服务，主导研发费用加计扣除等税收优惠事项的申请； 3、对投资项目的涉税事项进行评估，参与投资项目的税务尽职调查，发现财税风险并提出解决方案；参与项目投资、持有、退出时的构架设计，实现税务优化； 4、及时跟进研究最新税务政策，搜集和掌握中国、省市税务政策进行分析研究，并定期向管理层提供税务管理方面的建议，及时在团队内分享； 5、负责配合税务检查； 6、承办有关税务方面的其他事务。
1、本科或以上学历，财务或税务相关专业，有注册会计师或注册税务师执业资格优先考虑； 2、有税局工作经验或者5年以上四大会计师事务所税务工作经验或5年以上企业税务管理工作经验； 3、熟悉中国税收法律法规，并具有丰富的相关行业的税务实务操作经验，有较好的税务人脉资源； 4、有独立税务尽职调查工作经验或企业税务风险管理经验者优先； 5、有强烈的责任心和求知欲，对快速变化的税收法规和行业有快速的学习能力，适应力和抗压能力，能够适应一定频率的工作出差需要。
