1、负责字节跳动全球办公室建设项目设备的需求追踪和跟进, 根据办公室新建和项目迭代等规划进行对应的供应资源准备； 2、支持业务部门针对办公室建设类硬件品类的选择和硬件产品的路径图管理；负责全球或区域的办公室建设类项目的设备（网络设备/安防设备/音视频设备等）的订单交付工作，定期与需求部门沟通客户、用户订单需求和交付承诺，对硬件设备供应商进行订单交付的全流程管理； 3、短期内拉通供应商的订单承诺并追踪订单的按时交付率，与需求团队&项目团队紧密跟进预测变化引发的紧急需求；中长期内拉通供应商产能规划、供应商物料和生产计划管理，识别中长期的交付风险，并协同供应商和采购制定订单最佳的交付方案； 4、负责供应商日常运营管理包含但不限定：供应商交付KPI制定和考核，定期进行供应商考核并跟进供应商持续改善计划；定期整理订单交付相关报表，包括KPI数据，供应商库存信息，订单交付计划数据等，通过KPI考核的方式进行供应商交付数据分析以及相应的汇报； 5、根据需求和项目团队的年度/季度/半年度/需求计划，协同供应商制定最佳化的交付计划；并根据需要优化的供应链运营指标协同供应商共同改善，例如交付周期/LT优化，硬件设备交期延期分析等； 6、支持硬件设备类的由质量等问题引起的设备返工生产、退换货/RMA处理等业务环节的交付过程管理。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上硬件设备的生产计划、订单管理、库存管理、物料计划等交付相关的工作经验； 2、熟悉办公室建设硬件品类（网络/安防/音视频/弱电等）的订单和交付端到端全流程； 3、工作严谨，有较强的的沟通协调能力进行内部客户和外部供应商的沟通，具备较强的执行力及自驱能力，英语沟通流畅； 4、逻辑清晰，熟练使用EXCEL/SQL等工具，具备数据分析能力，有一定的抗压能力。

加分项： 1、熟悉办公室建设交付，熟悉网络架构、网络设备行业或网络设备制造业的供应链交付管理工作经验优先； 2、加分项：项目管理能力和PMP证书者优先。
