1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有较强的用户视角和洞察力，策划和创意能力突出，策划过爆款内容/活动的优先； 3、执行力强，有较好的沟通协调能力，能适应多项目并行； 4、积极探索AI使用，有好奇心，有AI相关实践或作品的优先； 5、有自驱力，做事标准高，思路灵活，有打破常规的创新精神。
