团队介绍：国际化广告数据平台团队致力于构建海量数据基础设施和高效数据计算服务体系，深入挖掘广告数据价值，为国际产品下全球广告业务的快速发展提供强有力的支持，实现三大核心使命：优化广告主体验、驱动业务增长、赋能战略落地。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际商业化业务的数据产品工作，包括数据的需求调研、方案设计、项目推进、效果跟踪、平台运营等全链路工作； 2、深刻理解业务，协助产出产品方案，跟进需求开发、测试、上线和迭代过程，协助进行需求答疑、运营推广和问题整理，推动产品持续优化； 3、参与AI与数据平台结合场景的产品建设，支持Skill、能力模块的抽象与沉淀，推动AI在取数、找数、分析、可视化等消费场景的应用； 4、参与用户调研、理解不同业务角色的数据需求，参与产品分析、整理业内相关资料，支持数据平台中长期规划。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、信息管理、数据科学、统计学、商业分析、经济管理等相关专业优先； 2、对数据产品、数据平台、Data Agent等方向有明确兴趣，有相关项目或实习经历优先； 3、对数据敏感，对数据知识（元信息、数据血缘、数据仓库、指标体系等）、AI知识（Agent、LLM、Prompt、Skill等）有一定了解； 4、英语能力优秀，具备良好的英文沟通与表达能力，可支持国际化业务协作场景； 5、每周可实习5天，连续实习6个月及以上优先。
