1、负责抖音电商图像搜索的用户产品设计，结合用户在抖音内的电商相关需求路径设计导购产品方案； 2、电商图像搜索精细化体验，理解用户需求，能够结合大模型能力设计产品方案，满足用户在不同意图、行业、场景下的电商图像搜索需求； 3、协同研发、运营、算法多方团队，推动电商图像搜索导购产品优化迭代，提升体验和效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对电商或搜索业务有一定了解或相关实习经历优先； 3、目标感强，有良好的数据分析能力，有创新思路和想法； 4、沟通表达和理解能力强。
