1、识别应用内潜在的美妆创作者，并监测创作者的内容和表现，以助力制定内容和创作者策略； 2、监测和分析美国社交媒体美妆趋势，提供见解以支持应用内活动和内容策略； 3、深入理解活动概念并参与头脑风暴会议；协助执行美妆活动项目，包括协调和优胜者评选； 4、参与国际化短视频官方账号运营的全流程，包括但不限于话题头脑风暴、数据监测与分析、监测社交媒体数据变化以及用户反馈。

1、本科及以上学历在读，英语、翻译、市场营销或传播学专业优先； 2、具备流利的英语书面和口语能力； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维和沟通能力；工作负责，学习能力强； 4、每周至少能工作四天，且至少能工作三个月；优先考虑能工作更长时间的候选人。
