日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动国际支付收银台的优化迭代，包括但不限于支付下单页面优化、用户流程设计以及支付收银台策略； 2、从用户支付体验出发，持续关注用户下单及支付链路数据表现，结合各方反馈持续推动产品优化； 3、良好的合作意识和沟通能力，能够与多个团队沟通配合，协同研发、设计等团队推动项目落地； 4、跟踪和分析产品数据，为产品决策提供数据支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对产品和用户体验有浓厚兴趣，具备优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，具备自主数据分析能力和相关技能，积极主动，有责任心，学习能力强； 3、了解基本的支付流程如微信、支付宝支付逻辑，或有相关产品岗实习经验者优先。
