1、负责租赁运营看板及各房产内部系统的租赁数据录入与维护，保障数据及时、准确、完整；负责内部房源数据库建设，持续沉淀与优化房源数据资产； 2、负责租赁业务各类报告输出，如运营分析报告、房源数据分析报告，多维度洞察运营现状、趋势与问题；负责报告模板与图表类工作的标准化建设，提升报告产出效率与呈现质量； 3、建立并执行运营质检机制，对租赁运营关键环节开展质检与复盘，识别问题并推动整改闭环； 4、建设数据类运营工具，帮助租赁经理做好日常运营管理，重点支撑基线管理，提升一线租赁经理的规范性与效率； 5、负责运营提升类专项，制定项目方案、组织项目推进、跟踪完成项目闭环，沉淀标准化机制与可复用经验。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备运营管理经验，有标准化运营体系框架思维，能快速熟悉业务场景与运营流程，能识别运营痛点，从复杂信息中抓住关键问题并形成自己的判断，把模糊的问题转成清晰、可落地的优化方案； 3、擅长数据类、图表等可视化工具应用，数据处理与数据分析能力强，能管数据、会看数据、讲得清数据，从数据中识别问题、支撑判断、制定提升措施并落地； 4、协同能力强、逻辑性强、沟通表达能力强，能拉通跨团队资源把事情做成； 5、细致敏锐，学习能力与自驱力强，有持续的好奇心与创造力，可以跳出既有框架进行思考，乐于探索新方法提升运营质量与效率，工作认真负责，执行力强，有韧性； 6、英文能力良好，能够使用英文进行日常工作沟通和信息处理。
