1、参与AI3D虚拟形象、角色资产、3D风格化效果的视觉设计与体验建设，支持抖音及相关业务场景下的创意内容落地； 2、参与AI3D角色生成链路的效果优化，包括角色风格定义、视觉标准制定、模型效果评估、材质与渲染表现优化等； 3、结合二次元、OC、潮玩、虚拟人、3D卡通等内容趋势，进行创意洞察和视觉探索，推动AI3D玩法和资产形态创新； 4、与产品、算法、工程、运营等团队协作，推动AI3D能力在创作、社交、互动、视频、图文等场景中的产品化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，美术、设计、动画、数字媒体、3D艺术、视觉传达等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的审美能力和创意表达能力，对角色设计、造型、色彩、材质、构图、风格化表达有较深入的理解； 3、熟练掌握各类2D/3D设计软件，具备较好的设计执行能力； 4、对AI生成工具、AIGC工作流、3D生成、图像/视频模型、虚拟形象等方向保持好奇心，并愿意持续学习和探索； 5、具备较好的沟通表达能力、团队协作意识和执行落地能力，能够在跨职能项目中推进设计方案实现； 6、简历需附带个人近期作品或链接，有角色设计、3D美术、虚拟形象、AIGC创作、互联网内容产品或广告项目经验者优先。
