日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、了解业务需求、市场动态和用户期望，在各市场区域提供合规的支付解决方案； 2、协助设计可扩展、合规且用户友好的支付产品，支持各种支付流程（收款、付款、退款、合规要求等）； 3、与产品、研发、合规及业务团队等各职能角色密切合作； 4、能够面向业务方、客户或合作机构进行需求澄清、方案讲解、产品推动及合作关系维护。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商业、金融、科技、计算机科学、工程或相关专业，有工程或计算机科学背景者优先； 2、具备较强的分析能力和结构化解决问题的能力，能够独立、有逻辑地思考； 3、具备强烈的责任感和执行力，能够推动项目落地并高效解决问题； 4、沟通协作能力优秀，能够在跨职能团队中良好协作； 5、对产品管理、支付、金融科技或数字化平台有兴趣，能够适应模糊不确定的工作环境； 6、有产品管理、软件、金融科技或相关领域的实习经验，熟悉全球支付、跨境业务或数字内容平台者优先。
