1、协助产品经理梳理国际支付业务核算流程，参与会计账务、资金结算、申报等系统的需求调研与分析，整理业务需求文档； 2、跟进核算产品功能落地进度，协同业务、技术、测试团队推进需求开发与上线，协助管理项目进度、同步项目状态； 3、参与核算产品能力建设工作，包括产品原型设计，测试用例梳理，协助验证产品功能是否符合设计预期与功能完整性； 4、收集与整理国际支付核算业务中的痛点，调研用户反馈，协助优化产品流程与功能； 5、参与核算相关文档的撰写与维护，包括产品说明书、操作手册、需求文档等，保障文档的准确性与完整性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，财务、会计、金融、产品管理等相关专业优先； 2、对国际支付、财务系统建设有兴趣，了解基础的会计核算、资金结算逻辑者优先； 3、逻辑思维清晰，具备主动发现问题和深入分析问题的能力，与良好的文字表达与沟通协作能力，能高效对接跨团队需求； 4、工作认真负责，主动性强，具备良好的学习能力，能适应国际支付业务复杂的业务场景，并拥有一定的抽象和总结归类能力； 5、具备基础的英文读写能力，能够在简要准备后进行结构化表达。
