1、参与公司音乐业务相关的音质与音效研发，相关技术将在抖音、汽水音乐等产品中应用，满足用户对高阶听感的需求； 2、学习并研发基于深度学习与传统DSP的音频增强、去噪、去混响、带宽扩展、失真修复等算法，提升复杂场景下的音频质量； 3、探索空间音频方向的前沿技术，包括空间音频渲染、虚拟声场建模、多通道还原与沉浸式体验； 4、跟踪前沿学术研究（如生成式模型、音频大模型等），并尝试在流媒体音乐场景中落地应用。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，声学、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有音频相关实习经历，或参与过科研/工程项目； 3、有GAN、Diffusion、Flow Matching等生成式模型在音频任务中的探索经验； 4、熟悉Dolby Atmos、MPEG-H、Spatial Audio等音频标准或工业实现； 5、在音频/AI相关竞赛（如DNS Challenge、ICASSP Challenge）取得成绩，或在顶会/顶刊（ICASSP、Interspeech、IEEE TASLP等）发表论文； 6、参与过开源项目或有GitHub/个人作品展示。
