1、与产品运营、研发等团队紧密合作，深入理解业务需求，将业务挑战转化为具体的数据分析任务；通过数据分析和挖掘，揭示业务内在规律，为业务决策提供有力支持； 2、深入理解直播业务逻辑，设计并持续优化直播相关的数据指标体系；对关键指标进行深度分析和下钻，识别指标异常波动的原因，及时发现业务问题，并提出切实可行的改进建议； 3、运用AB实验、AA增效分析等科学方法，度量不同策略、活动对直播业务的影响；评估活动效果，提炼成功经验，为未来的业务决策提供数据支持和参考； 4、针对特定业务问题或市场趋势，开展深度专题分析；通过数据分析等手段，为业务策略制定提供深入洞察和前瞻性建议。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机科学或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的统计学基础，精通SQL查询语言，熟练掌握R/Python等数据分析工具中的一种或多种；具备机器学习、因果推断等数据科学理论知识和实践经验者优先； 3、对有基本了解，对抖音直播业务有浓厚兴趣，能够快速学习并深入理解业务逻辑； 4、逻辑严谨，具备较强的数据敏感度和问题解决能力，具备强烈的好奇心和自驱力，乐于接受挑战； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够跨部门协作，有效传达数据分析结果和建议。
