1、负责Lemon8品牌、周边、插画和运营等相关视觉创意设计，可独立完成主视觉设计，包括不限于活动类设计，品牌合作及周边衍生品设计； 2、参与各类型项目创意提案，洞察不同视角，协同业务构思创意，提供创意视觉的整体解决方案； 3、能够驾驭多种设计风格，对国际化、年轻、潮流的设计趋势有自己的思考和实践； 4、可独立作战和带领项目设计团队协同完成工作，有优秀的视觉表现能力和逻辑思维； 5、能深度理解需求思路和产品诉求，主动沟通推进项目，能抓住点并分清优先级，在上线后能跟踪和分析结果，做出优化和调整。

1、有3年以上的视觉设计工作经验，具备扎实的设计功底； 2、重视并认同AIGC趋势在视觉设计中的使用，有相对成熟的AIGC项目经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握常规设计软件，有品牌设计、设计工作室、创意热店等工作经验者优先； 4、有扎实的美术功底、良好的个人审美，热爱设计，具有国际化的审美与创意思维、了解国际化设计趋势； 5、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神、有效对接业务上下游，推动复杂项目的落地。

加分项 1、英文良好，可作为工作语言使用； 2、熟练使用AIGC设计工具并有落地产出。
