1、统筹指定产品国际广告创意全流程，完成产品分析、卖点梳理与创意策略输出，形成可执行素材方向文档，把控质量与交付节奏； 2、负责UA素材创意策划与需求撰写，覆盖短视频、Playable、图文等形态，熟练运用AI工具提升生产效率；持续拆解产品素材，输出趋势洞察与爆款逻辑分析； 3、作为IP监修接口人，负责方案送审、沟通、修改与确认，在创意表达与IP规范间取得平衡；以中英双语与IP方及发行、投放、产品、美术等团队高效协作； 4、建立素材效果复盘机制，结合投放数据沉淀方法论与素材资产，驱动创意正向迭代。

1、3年以上游戏广告创意设计师工作经验，具备信息流UA素材完整项目经历，熟悉买量生产逻辑与效果评估； 2、英语可作为工作语言，能准确进行书面与口语沟通，可直接与国际团队及IP方实时会议； 3、对IP类产品买量有独到见解，能准确把握IP世界观、角色设定与粉丝语境； 4、具备产品分析、卖点梳理、创意文档独立撰写及产品趋势分析能力，能独立承担产品创意负责人全流程工作。

加分项： 1、有国际发行项目创意负责人经验，熟悉欧美/全球市场买量偏好； 2、有IP监修对接实战经历，尤其好莱坞级IP经验； 3、有科幻、卡牌、RPG、SLG等品类创意经验。
