1、负责XR产品算法测试方案的设计和开发实现，对算法进行全面的客观基准评测； 2、负责跟随XR产品软硬件项目流程测试并交付算法相关需求，建立准入和准出标准，构建端到端测试体系和数据闭环，持续提升用户体验； 3、负责跟踪XR产品算法前沿技术进展，保障算法效果及其测试方案的业界领先性； 4、负责持续提升研发测试效能，提升本领域的自动化率和AI工具应用率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、数学或相关专业； 2、在校期间，具有AI助手、大语言模型、三维重建、视觉感知、高精人脸重建、AIGC、具身智能、人体或手势交互等任一算法领域的相关课程和项目背景，具有扎实的理论基础； 3、热爱测试行业，对用户体验敏感，能发现细节问题并推动上下游共同优化用户体验；具备多任务协同处理能力，具备较强的问题攻坚能力，有较强的自驱力和技术钻研精神； 4、熟练使用Python或C/C++完成开发任务。

加分项 1、相关领域发表过高质量论文者优先； 2、相关领域，有实习经验者优先。
