团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际短视频业务的广告产品与变现技术，我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案，覆盖字节跳动海外所有用户产品。站点可靠性工程师（SRE）负责建设高效、稳定的大规模、全球分布式广告系统，保障广告投放、数据、机器学习等系统的可靠性，优化系统架构，提升系统资源效率，构建自动化平台，保障广告系统持续稳定运行。

1、负责字节跳动全球广告系统的稳定性，参与广告系统可靠性架构设计，保障广告系统的高可用性； 2、负责广告系统的全球容灾架构方案的设计、实施、演练和优化，负责容灾应急响应； 3、负责广告系统的机器资源管理与规划，保障资源匹配业务增长，通过性能优化持续提升资源效率； 4、负责广告系统可靠性相关平台和工具开发，包括监控、告警、SLO、风险治理、资源管理等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
