1、协助完成各类用户研究分析工作，参与调研项目的需求分析、方案设计、管理研究供应商与执行项目，专业研究报告撰写； 2、通过各种方式进行市场信息扫描，迅速为业务提供有价值信息和建议； 3、深度参与研究项目的执行、推进、落地工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，心理学、社会学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对用户研究和互联网产品有强烈兴趣，能独立进行分析与判断；了解常用的用户研究方法，具备数据敏感性，熟悉SPSS等统计软件的使用； 3、能以英文作为工作语言者优先； 4、有市场研究公司或用户研究类岗位实习经历的同学优先； 5、学习能力强、善于思考和总结，能持续积极地学习并优化工作； 6、每周至少到岗4天，实习时间不少于3个月。
