TikTok ADSO（AI Data Service and Operations）团队负责支撑AI 模型训练、评估与优化的核心数据服务与运营。通过构建高质量、标准化的数据生产体系，以及建立全球化的精益运营模式，为TikTok产品各类 AI 能力的迭代提供稳定、规模化、高性价比的数据支持，推动 AI 技术在复杂业务场景中的深度落地。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、国际化供应商寻源与信息收集：协助团队围绕国际化数据标注、模型训练等业务场景，进行潜在供应商的搜寻、筛选与基础信息整理，包括供应商业务范围、服务能力、覆盖市场、团队规模、过往案例等； 2、供应商尽调与能力评估：协助开展新供应商初步尽调工作，整理供应商背景、资质、服务能力、交付稳定性、质量管理机制、数据安全与合规能力等信息，为后续评估与准入提供支持； 3、市场调研与行业信息分析：针对国际化标注审核相关市场开展桌面研究，包括不同国家/区域的供应商生态、服务模式、成本水平、交付能力、语言资源覆盖、行业趋势等，并形成结构化调研材料； 4、新老供应商对比分析：协助梳理新供应商与现有供应商之间的差异，对比其在成本、质量、产能、市场覆盖、响应效率、专业能力、风险点等方面的优劣势，输出分析结论与建议； 5、报告撰写与汇报支持：将调研、寻源和尽调结果沉淀为清晰的总结报告、对比表格或汇报材料，支持团队进行供应商评估、策略讨论和管理决策； 6、项目推进与跨方沟通支持：协助跟进潜在供应商的沟通、会议纪要、待办事项、信息补充和材料归档等工作，确保调研与评估流程有序推进、信息可追踪、结论可复用。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科、管理、经济、市场营销、国际关系、语言类、数据分析、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对国际化供应商管理、BPO/数据标注/AI领域有兴趣，愿意快速学习复杂业务场景； 3、市场调研与分析能力： 1）具备较强的信息检索、资料整理和逻辑分析能力，能够从公开资料、官网、行业报告、新闻、数据库等渠道提炼有效信息； 2）能够将复杂信息结构化，形成清晰的供应商画像、市场调研结论和对比分析框架； 3）有咨询、市场调研、商业分析、产品分析、行业研究、供应商研究等相关实习或项目经历者优先； 4、英语能力： 1）英语能力要求较高，需达到B2.2或以上水平； 2）能够熟练阅读英文资料、整理英文信息，并支持英文邮件/会议沟通； 3）能够输出结构清晰、表达准确的英文或中英文双语调研报告者优先； 5、沟通协作与项目执行能力： 1）具备良好的沟通能力和跨文化理解能力，能够与内部团队及外部供应商进行高效协作； 2）执行力强，能够按时推进信息收集、材料整理、会议跟进和报告输出； 3）责任心强，对细节敏感，能够保证调研信息的准确性、完整性和可追溯性； 6、工具与文档及实习时间要求： 1）熟练使用Excel/PPT/飞书办公套件等办公工具； 2）能够独立完成调研表格、对比矩阵、汇报材料和总结文档； 3）每周可保证至少4天出勤，实习期不少于4个月，能长期实习6个月及以上者优先。

加分项 1、有咨询公司、市场调研机构、互联网战略/商业分析/供应商管理相关实习经历； 2、有国际化市场研究、多语言供应商调研、BPO/标注/审核行业研究经验； 3、具备较强的英文商业写作能力，能够独立完成英文调研报告； 4、对AI数据标注、内容安全、质量审核、全球化运营等业务有了解或兴趣。
