1、负责支持内容安全模型训练与评估数据的产出和交付，并通过策略优化和流程设计，持续提升数据质量与生产效率； 2、深入理解业务目标和模型应用逻辑，构建并迭代业务目标指标设定，通过数据驱动的洞察推动优化与改进； 3、通过仪表板搭建与维护、针对性分析、场景化工具及分析报告，构建支持业务决策、绩效追踪和策略制定的数据分析框架，以支持高效、可靠的决策； 4、与算法、产品、运营及标注团队等紧密协作，主动识别问题与改进空间，从而高效交付高质量的标注数据。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、计算机科学、数据科学、信息系统或相关专业优先； 2、英语流利，可将其作为工作语言，能够保证至少3个月的实习期，每周至少可工作4天者优先考虑； 3、具备扎实的统计学基础和经验，能独立完成统计分析流程，包括但不限于描述性统计、分布分析、相关性分析和假设检验； 4、精通SQL，能够高效编写复杂查询以确保结果稳定可靠；熟练使用Python或R等数据分析工具；具备Tableau/Power BI/Looker等数据可视化经验； 5、思维灵活，责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够清晰地向技术与非技术人员展示分析结果。
