1、负责TikTok原生AI应用Tako的增长策略方向产品工作，定义理想体验，推动效果提升； 2、与模型算法、工程技术、评测等团队紧密合作，完成策略迭代、效果评测、产品功能上线等落地项目； 3、深入洞察用户需求与AI生成式能力、TikTok内容生态的结合，开展产品创新思考。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学、数据科学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、大模型深度用户，对Agent、LLM、AIGC有深入了解者优先； 3、热爱互联网技术，对产品设计有激情，热爱思考，对新技术保持好奇心，具有优秀的逻辑思维和创新能力； 4、有优秀的创造力、想象力与系统分析能力，具备良好的沟通协作能力； 5、加分项：具备搜索/推荐/LLM等AI相关项目或实习经历。
