1、需求落地：协助梳理产品运营需求，参与活动PRD设计与落地，跟进各区域执行进度； 2、数据洞察：收集项目运营数据，输出分析结论与优化建议，辅助区域团队调整运营手段； 3、素材产出：使用AE等视频工具制作功能教育视频；借助AI创作工具产出功能宣推物料； 4、用户触达：梳理各地区用户触达链路，整理文案，推进本地化； 5、官号运营：支持产品功能官方账号运营，协助完成和PR团队、市场团队沟通。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有互联网产品、活动、内容、作者运营相关经验者优先； 3、优秀的逻辑思维能力、自我驱动力和执行力，有数据分析能力优先； 4、沟通协同能力优秀，英文读写说能力优秀（雅思7.5托福105以上），有国际化留学背景优先； 5、每周能保证实习4天及以上，实习时间不低于4个月。
