团队介绍：TikTok搜推算法团队，负责TikTok短视频产品的基础推荐、搜索算法，加入我们，你能接触到包括搜索、用户增长、社交、直播、内容创造、内容消费等核心业务场景，直接为核心用户体验负责，支持产品在全球赛道上高速发展。我们的工作内容包括大规模推荐算法的优化、复杂约束的优化问题的解决、多模态大模型的落地，并着力研究下一代AI Search和Chatbot的核心研发技术，包括不限于Multi-Agent、Agentic RL、Harness、Loop Engineering，探索强化学习在大模型时代的新范式。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索前沿的技术；可以感受不同文化的碰撞，激发认知；可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、探索下一代大模型推荐范式的技术突破，负责攻坚LLM4Rec与Agentic Rec技术架构，推动其在直播推荐场景的规模化落地，驱动指标的跨越式增长； 2、打造具备强语义理解、信息无损与全模态能力的表征大模型，探索前沿的语义ID化技术并形成突破，实现在直播复杂、实时变化场景下的内容精准表征； 3、推进大模型在推荐以及安全治理等场景的深度应用，探索业务后训练，强化学习，Agent系统等技术方案来重塑各个业务链路，驱动治理效率以及业务指标的突破； 4、主导直播场景下基座大模型的技术建设，包括高质量数据管道建设、预训练（CPT)、强化学习以及全模态等方向的探索，打造支持推荐与治理的统一基座； 5、持续跟踪并探索前沿技术，紧贴直播业务场景定义研究方向，沉淀并推动团队技术迭代。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、掌握多模态理解相关的技术与应用经验，熟悉主流大模型的结构与训练框架，持续跟踪相关领域的最新进展； 3、有业务激情，责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力； 4、有想象力和独立思考能力，具备出色的实验分析与问题解决能力，能够提出想法并能付诸实践验证； 5、在多模态或者大模型方向，主导过项目或者发表过高水平论文者（NeurIPS、CVPR、ICCV、ICML等）优先； 6、具备内容理解在推荐搜索或者安全治理场景端到端的落地经验者优先。
