日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok Creator Rewards Program方向的策略产品设计，以优质创作者规模、投稿转化为目标，负责收入诊断、收益解释及激励信息展示等产品能力建设，利用AI工具提升收入诊断效率； 2、开展数据分析与策略效果复盘，整理不同创作者群体的表现，完成创作者激励策略配置、效果评估与收益拆解相关工作； 3、与研发、数据和运营等团队协作，跟进需求交付与问题解决，结合上线反馈持续优化创作者体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有内容平台、产品、数据分析或策略运营相关经历者优先，有AI应用相关经验优； 3、逻辑清晰、对数据敏感，有一定的数据分析与业务分析能力；具备基础SQL查询与聚合能力； 4、对内容平台及创作者生态有兴趣，愿意从用户视角理解收入和激励规则，能把复杂问题整理成清楚的文档或方案； 5、英文沟通能力良好，有国际化多区域项目经验者优先； 6、能保证每周出勤4天及以上，连续实习4个月及以上者优先，可长期实习者加分。
