1、负责年龄识别与保障产品体系的整体愿景、路线图和长期战略，打造以机器学习为核心的全球化基础能力，确保不同年龄用户获得一致且适龄的使用体验； 2、制定清晰的量化目标和模型层指标，评估并持续优化年龄预估、风险识别等核心系统的效果与质量； 3、与算法、数据科学、工程、信任与安全、设计等团队紧密合作，设计、评估并优化基于机器学习的年龄保障能力与产品方案； 4、全面负责产品从概念设计、研发上线到持续迭代的完整生命周期，在用户体验、技术稳定性和多市场合规之间取得最佳平衡； 5、将各地区的监管和合规要求转化为可规模化落地的产品与模型策略，系统性地引入治理、可解释性与可审计性能力； 6、牵头跨团队协作，推动复杂的算法、政策与用户体验取舍达成一致，确保关键决策高效落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品经理工作经验，具备身份识别、隐私、信任与安全、风控，或算法/机器学习驱动型产品相关背景； 2、扎实的机器学习基础认知，理解模型评估、阈值设定及数据驱动决策方法； 3、具备与算法/数据科学团队深度协作的经验，能够解读模型表现，并推动基于ML结果的产品迭代； 4、有将监管、合规或政策要求转化为可扩展产品方案的实际经验； 5、优秀的沟通与协作能力，能够影响并推动高级管理层和跨职能团队达成共识； 6、英文可以作为工作语言。
