1、作为推荐策略产品实习生，你将负责推动直播场景的产品开发全生命周期，充分利用AI和数据能力持续迭代用户意图识别与推荐策略； 2、推荐策略：聚焦留资业务场景，负责推荐策略的设计与落地；主导A/B测试方案设计，并对上线后的指标进行评估； 3、大模型（LLM）落地应用：探索大语言模型在直播场景下的应用边界，通过LLM深度挖掘用户留资意图，优化用户交互行为模型，为下游推荐系统提供高质量特征输入； 4、数据驱动与复盘：建立完备的数据监控体系，结合深度数据分析、定性用户反馈及前沿行业研究，验证产品设想，量化AI技术对业务的实际增量； 5、跨职能协同推进：作为纽带，与算法、工程架构、数据科学家及运营团队紧密配合，确保高质量、可扩展的产品方案高效交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、数据科学或相关技术专业优先； 2、具有推荐算法或增长产品相关的项目实践经验者优先； 3、数据基本功：具备扎实的数据分析与逻辑推导能力；熟练使用SQL或Python，能独立进行复杂数据的提取、清洗与归因分析； 4、产品素养：具备出色的产品定义能力，能够敏锐地从模糊、复杂的业务痛点中，拆解并抽象出清晰、可执行的策略方案； 5、同理心与商业洞察：对用户需求有强烈的同理心，同时具备良好的商业敏锐度，能结合国际市场背景评估产品投入产出比（ROI）； 6、沟通协作：具备优秀的跨文化/跨职能沟通表达能力，能与硬核技术团队（算法/工程）无障碍对齐认知。
