1、参与TikTok相机内配乐和基础工具的产品优化与策略迭代，提升整体创作流程的顺畅度； 2、拆解链路中的关键问题，设计体验优化方案，协同设计、研发、算法等多团队推进落地； 3、持续探索包含AI创作在内的全新创作范式，挖掘产品创新点。

1、本科及以上学历在读，产品设计或相关专业优先； 2、每周可实习4天及以上，实习周期4–6个月； 3、对视频创作、创作工具、AIGC等方向有好奇心，具备产品交互设计意识，有相关产品设计实践经验者优先； 4、逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力。
