1、负责TikTok Feeds方向的服务端研发工作、功能实现和产品迭代； 2、在深入了解业务的基础上，对关键领域的业务模型进行抽象、并构建合理的系统架构以满足安全、数据一致性、可用性、稳定性、扩展性等方面的要求； 3、深入思考研发过程中的各项问题，促进团队工作效率和开发质量的提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的业务理解及抽象能力； 3、熟练使用基本的数据结构与算法，具备良好的编码习惯； 4、有大规模分布式系统的设计和开发经验，能独立完成系统的设计及开发； 5、熟练掌握 Golang/Java/Python 常用框架，深入了解框架提供的特性及其实现原理细节； 6、熟悉分布式系统，熟练掌握关系型、非关系型数据库，熟练掌握一种以上服务框架和消息中间件，了解各自的实现原理及使用场景； 7、具有较强的责任心、自驱力和成长型思维。
