1、负责TikTok广告投放数据相关建设，开展有效的数据治理工作； 2、通过数据定位业务增长问题，开展多维度分析，挖掘业务增长机会； 3、推动合规的数据收集与用户隐私保护工作； 4、基于公司用户产品业务数据，跨产品开展数据挖掘工作，为产品优化提供方向； 5、协助业务落地数据挖掘成果，提出业务应用方案，并对应用效果开展数据分析。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/统计学/数学等相关专业优先； 2、对数据分析、数据挖掘有较深的认识，有成功的数据挖掘相关经验，能够对数据应用有较深的理解； 3、目标驱动，针对数据挖掘目标，能够实现从数据收集、工具研发到业务使用逻辑的全周期管控； 4、能够独立负责关键环节，了解用户数据挖掘、模式发现等。
