日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与投稿Agent的需求分析、产品设计及迭代； 2、研究用户从内容创作到投稿的完整流程，挖掘真实需求； 3、体验和分析国内外AI产品及内容平台，形成产品洞察； 4、结合用户反馈和数据，推动产品问题解决及体验优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、学习能力强，对新产品、新工具保持好奇并愿意主动探索； 3、熟悉主流AI产品，已将AI融入日常工作和学习； 4、解决问题能力强，遇到困难能主动分析、寻找方案并推进闭环； 5、逻辑和数据分析能力强，能从信息和数据中提炼有效结论； 6、每周实习5天，可连续实习3个月，可长期实习者优先。

加分项 1、对AI产品有自己的理解，如自己动手搭过Demo； 2、有内容创作或自媒体运营经历； 3、英语能力优秀。
