1、深入参与印尼本地生活餐饮业务运营，围绕堂食券、餐饮电商等业务场景，协助推动业务增长与目标达成； 2、结合用户需求、商家需求及市场情况，参与业务策略、商品策略和商家增长方案的制定与落地； 3、关注本地生活及电商行业发展动态，开展市场与行业分析，挖掘业务机会并支持业务决策； 4、协同数据、产品、运营等团队，跟踪核心经营指标，推动运营策略持续优化，提升业务效率和经营表现。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对本地生活、电商、互联网业务方向有浓厚兴趣；具备良好的沟通协作能力和推动力，能够与跨团队同学高效配合，推进项目落地； 3、学习能力强，适应变化，具备较强的责任心和自驱力，愿意在复杂业务场景中持续探索； 4、具备良好的英文沟通能力，熟悉印尼语者优先。
