1、深入理解直播生态治理相关规则，熟练处理各类直播生态治理案例，准确辨别治理类问题（如违规、误判等）与业务提升类方向（如优化流程、完善规则等），做好分类梳理； 2、协助整理直播生态治理相关数据，对治理案例进行初步统计、分类，配合完成案例复盘与分析工作； 3、协助团队梳理直播生态治理中的常见问题，参与治理规则的初步研讨，提供合理化参考建议； 4、配合完成直播生态治理相关报告的撰写、整理，确保信息准确、逻辑清晰，支撑团队治理工作推进； 5、协助处理日常直播生态治理相关的基础事务，配合团队完成其他临时性工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和判断力，能快速理解规则，精准区分治理问题与业务提升方向； 3、对直播行业有一定了解，熟悉各类直播内容、玩法，关注直播生态相关动态者优先； 4、具备基本的文档整理、数据统计能力，细心严谨，能高效完成项目梳理与信息录入工作； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和执行力，积极主动，责任心强，能配合团队完成各项工作；有相关实习经验（生态治理、内容审核、运营等方向）者优先，具备基础英文听说、阅读能力者加分。
