日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据分析及洞察：负责活动的数据运营支持，包括指标体系搭建及追踪、以及基于自动化跑数工具（Skill）沉淀，提升团队数据生产及洞察效率； 2、活动策略及执行与区域运营：参与黑五等年度大型营销活动的执行落地，负责活动资源确认及管理、权益设计支持、活动效果复盘，保障策略从预算到落地的完整链路；本岗位聚焦美国及墨西哥的活动运营工作，你将深度参与从策略制定→数据洞察→落地执行→效果复盘的完整闭环，直接影响区域活动结果达成及经营效率提升； 3、货盘选品与管理：协助活动商品圈选与货盘管理，基于数据模型进行商品筛选与资源匹配，并支持推动招商招品进度； 4、激励政策设计：参与活动政策激励的全流程管理，包括合规沟通、激励核算、激励发放跟进与结果确认，确保政策从设计到落地的策略一致性； 5、你将收获： 1）深度参与全球头部内容电商平台核心市场大型项目的经验，理解跨境电商业务的运行逻辑； 2）系统性掌握从数据分析到策略落地的完整方法论，积累AI工具/商业分析等可迁移的硬核能力； 3）与顶尖背景的策略、数据、运营团队共事，快速构建国际化业务视野与跨文化协作能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计、数学、计算机、经济、金融工程等背景优先； 2、数据能力：具备扎实的数据分析能力，有SQL、自动化报表、AI辅助分析等相关经验者加分； 3、策略思维：逻辑清晰，具备结构化拆解复杂问题的能力，能够从数据中提炼业务洞察并转化为可执行策略； 4、综合素质：工作认真负责、学习能力强、结果导向，优秀的沟通协作与跨团队推进能力； 5、相关经验：有电商等相关行业实习经历者优先； 6、实习时长：可实习3个月以上，每周到岗5天，能长期实习者优先。
