日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、面向商家的活动运营：参与商家侧达人活动的策划与落地，包括商家活动招募、商家分层触达、商家任务进度管理、活动数据回收等环节的效率提升； 2、数据运营支持：协助完成平台和商家活动数据复盘和策略优化，跟踪活动数据（报名率、内容产出量、GMV转化等），协助完成活动复盘，输出优化建议并推动下一轮迭代； 3、货品撮合支持：基于商家需求与达人资源，参与选品匹配及供应链协调，推动商家达人合作落地并持续迭代撮合效率； 4、营销活动运营：配合团队完成达人营销活动的平台配置、活动期间数据监控，收集活动相关数据，协助开展活动复盘，整理复盘报告核心素材。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Excel（VLOOKUP、数据透视表等），数据分析能力强、细心严谨； 3、具备较强的执行力、责任心与自我驱动力，善于沟通协作，能快速响应工作需求并主动跟进任务进度，善于解决问题； 4、每周出勤5天，实习3个月及以上； 5、能适应美国市场节奏与文化差异，英语读写流利，可胜任邮件及日常工作沟通。
