日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、目标管理：基于美国电商达人直播GMV目标，协助完成目标拆解与路径设计，推动业务目标有效落地； 2、达成追踪：搭建并维护核心指标监控体系，定期追踪目标达成进度；基于数据表现进行波动归因与下探分析，识别关键机会与风险点，输出策略建议并跟进落地效果； 3、流量分析：围绕直播流量结构与分发机制，监控整体流量表现及异动，针对重点达人及场次开展深入分析，总结驱动GMV增长的核心因素，沉淀可复用方法论； 4、专题研究：参与直播达人分型及成长路径等专项研究，通过数据分析与案例拆解，提炼业务增长模型，支持中长期策略制定。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、自驱力、好奇心、责任心，具备快速学习的能力；高自驱团队需要同样特质的同学一起工作； 3、优秀的结构化思维和逻辑思维，较强的数据思维和分析能力，能做出数据驱动的决策； 4、沟通能力较强，有跨团队协作能力，英文可作为工作语言； 5、可实习3个月以上，每周可至少4天到岗，需线下办公，工作地点：上海。
