1、商家拓展与合作建立及经营管理：面向UK&EU市场，精准识别目标POP商家及重点行业机会，建立高质量商家合作关系，清晰传递平台价值、商业机会及合作模式，推动优质商家入驻并实现持续经营；深度参与POP商家的日常经营管理与关键节点推进，包括但不限于平台招商沟通、活动报名、经营规划、流量与转化提升、库存与履约协同、重点问题跟进等，持续提升商家经营表现与平台使用深度； 2、区域市场洞察与策略制定：结合市场环境、行业特征和商家类型，持续输出市场洞察与行业判断，识别影响商家增长的关键问题，制定并推动有针对性的平台招商及商家成长策略； 3、商家需求沉淀与机制优化：系统沉淀商家反馈，分析商家在入驻、经营、履约、结算、政策理解及平台使用过程中的核心痛点，识别业务与产品能力差距，形成高质量优化建议，并推动相关团队协同落地； 4、跨团队项目推动：作为POP商家与平台内部团队之间的重要连接者，协同横向团队推进重点项目执行，确保项目按节奏落地，并对关键业务结果、商家体验和合作质量负责； 5、团队带领与能力建设：承担UK&EU市场POP BD团队的管理职责或核心骨干职责，明确团队目标与工作节奏，辅导团队成员提升商家拓展、经营分析、跨团队协同及复杂问题解决能力，推动团队持续产出结果。

1、本科及以上学历，具备电商平台招商、商家运营、商业拓展或跨境业务相关经验者优先； 2、对英国及欧洲电商市场有较强理解，熟悉商家生态、行业结构、用户特征及竞争环境；有相关区域业务经验者优先； 3、具备服务和支持跨境商家或本地商家的经验，能够理解不同类型商家在平台招商、经营增长、履约协同及政策适配中的核心诉求与决策逻辑； 4、具备较全面的电商业务知识结构，对平台招商、商家成长、营销活动、履约链路、仓储配送、退货解决方案、客户体验及相关经营指标有系统性认知； 5、具备优秀的数据分析与业务判断能力，能够结合经营数据、商家反馈和市场变化识别问题、拆解原因并推动解决； 6、具备出色的跨文化沟通与跨团队协作能力，中英文口头及书面表达流利，能够在国际化业务环境中高效推进合作与项目落地。
