Estamos trabalhando uma vaga de Assistente Administrativo Generalista para atuar no suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais do confinamento.

Buscamos um(a) profissional dinâmico(a), organizado(a) e com facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas. Essa pessoa terá uma atuação próxima à operação, apoiando os controles administrativos, o fluxo de informações e as necessidades do dia a dia do confinamento.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais do confinamento;
  • Realizar o controle e acompanhamento de pesagens e rotinas de balança;
  • Efetuar lançamentos e conferências de informações e dados operacionais;
  • Apoiar no recebimento, conferência e organização de documentos e notas fiscais;
  • Acompanhar a movimentação e os controles relacionados ao estoque de insumos;
  • Apoiar nos processos de entrada e saída de mercadorias e informações;
  • Organizar documentos, controles e registros administrativos;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios e controles gerenciais;
  • Atender às demandas administrativas da gestão e das equipes da operação;
  • Atuar de forma flexível, apoiando diferentes rotinas conforme as necessidades do confinamento.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Ensino Superior em andamento será considerado um diferencial;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com controles, conferências e lançamento de informações;
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e com atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Flexibilidade e disponibilidade para atuar em uma rotina próxima à operação.
