Position Summary Position Title: AZ Shunt Driver Location (Start Point): Oshawa, On Delivery Area: Local Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: Evenings We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented drivers to join our growing transportation team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality service, and can operate safely and professionally in a fast-paced environment while representing the company. Safely operate company vehicles across local routes Operate Shunt tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Moving around 15-25 shunt trailers per shift using a shunt truck Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs. Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required

Core Requirements (All Driver Roles)

Valid AZ driver's license Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract Verifiable recent commercial driving experience within the past 1 year Strong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securement Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approach
